It’s officially our first summer here in Arkansas and we are enjoying learning and experiencing being in the South!
We traded our dry desert climate (in San Diego) for a lush humid one and we are (trying) to appreciate everything that comes with this climate. Summer storms (my favorite!), chasing fireflies and my uncontrollable curls.
One thing we all do miss is our pool and my little fish were excited about the chance to check out Wild River Country in North Little Rock!
We haven’t explored much because of our farmhouse renovation so this was a welcomed break!
Wild River Country is Arkansas’ largest water park with over 12 slides! Perfect for summer fun, parties and a break from the heat. They have a fun lazy river which I could easily stay in for hours, cabanas perfect for your next party and a sweet tad pool perfect for the little ones that want to get wet but don’t know how to swim.
I would recommend getting season passes so that you can enjoy the park all season long. Also take a look at their event calendar as they do a lot of activities throughout the year!
I will be writing about my trips to Wild River Country through the upcoming months and I even have a cute video to share with you!
Until then, enjoy these images!
