Materials:
Construction paper
Scissor
Staple
Compass
Double side tape
Pin
Glue
and Star punch or anything you want like google eyes, strikers..etc

Instructions:
Step 1: Have all your supplies ready.

Step 2: Cut a rectangle piece out of your construction paper around 4 1/2″
by 11″ and start to fold it to make an accordion. Staple at the center of
your accordion. Then on both sides, add a double sided tape. Now you can open
and put together your rosette.

Step 3: Make 2 circles out of your colored construction paper and cut them.
Take the first one; now the fun part: the DECORATION. You can go crazy,
after all nothing has to be perfect and it is Halloween.

Step 4: Take your second circle and glue it at the back of your rosette;
let’s dry and glue the jewelry pin. Turn your rosette and finally glue your
Sugar Skull.
