One of Carter’s all time favourite books is Subway by Christoph Niemann. It was brought back as a gift from New York by his Auntie Sheila when he was about four months old and has been a daily read ever since.  As you can see by the wear and tears, this book has received a lot of “love”.

Christoph Niemann is an illustrator, an author, and a father. His work has appeared on the covers of The New Yorker,  Newsweek, Wired, and The New York Times Book Review.
