Mixing prints can sometimes be a little daunting. I remember thinking just a few years ago, “Stripes and polka dots–yeah right?” But the more you play with the idea and start pairing pieces together, you realize it’s quite like a love affair. There’s something so romantic behind the idea of opposite prints coming together and creating a unified look. When mixing prints, I am always drawn first to the color palette. Once I find a synchronization, I allow the magic to happen between the clashing prints. So in honor of love month, let yourself fall in love with the idea of mixing prints for your littles.
