Featurekins // Maxtrix Kids Furniture

By Priscila Barros, Editor-in-Chief 1 Comment

One of my passions is decor. I’m the type of person who can rearrange the furniture about five times in one day (sorry kids and hubby!) I love tinkering with decor, searching for solid wood pieces at estate sales, and then transforming a tired and dull piece of furniture into something fresh and unexpected. There’s something about solid wood furniture that lends a certain depth to a room (not to mention has longevity and durability — a must for kids’ spaces!) So I was thrilled to find Maxtrix Kids Furniture. Every single piece of furniture they make is for kids, and I was just blown away by the quality. We’re not talking pressboard here. So many of Maxtrix Kids Furniture products are made  of premium grade, sustainably-harvested solid hardwoods (like maple, birch and aspen) and the quality, design and detail of each piece is just stunning. I mean, where can you find a good dove-tail construction any more? And because I love choices (I’m an editor, after all!) of course I also love all the variety and versatility Maxtrix Kids Furniture offers — beds, bunks, lofts, and trundles, all with tons of storage and accessory options.

So let’s get down to the best part about Maxtrix. This kids’ furniture system is pretty much genius. Designed to grow up with your kiddo, the connecting pieces of the bed can be reconfigured, adjusted and added to as your child grows. How cool is that?

And let’s see what else…

Flexible bunkbeds to fit even the smallest spaces? Check!

Bunks with slides? Any kid’s dream!

Corner bunks, or a staircase loft with a ton of storage? YES please!

Tent cover for the top of the bed? Oh yes!

(We also adore their super duper innovative toy chest, designed to be opened from the top or the bottom.)

Copyright © 2023 · Babiekins Magazine | A Trendsetting Kids' Fashion Magazine and Online Community for Parents and Children Alike · Since the Southern California birth of Babiekins in 2010, the magazine has grown from into an internationally-recognized print publication with a global circulation and now a thriving online community. We are more than a kids’ fashion magazine. We search everywhere for inspiration, and go beyond trends to bring you fashion, style, decor, design, books, DIY, parties, and playthings. Our readers look to us to keep up with the best and most up-to-date concepts in the children’s market worldwide. We have an eye for quirk. We’re high-fashion, but we value whimsy over tradition. Playful childhood is more important to us than making kids into copycat adults. We believe life is beautiful, life is valuable, and life changes when you see it through the eyes of a child. We seek to transcend skin color, language and zip codes and bring out the real, wild, magical creativity inherent in every child. And behind Babiekins is an optimistic team of mothers-turned-editors, working from home, often with our own little babiekins climbing on, under and around the desks. We want to encourage you, and challenge you to see something different — something special — in yourself and in this world we all share. Welcome to Babiekins!
