A Trend I love for this Spring Season is Print-Mixing. I am seeing Print-Mixing being utilized as patchwork or by mixing prints together, like florals and classic shirting stripes, in unexpected and refreshing ways. This is a round-up of my favorite Spring Trends utilizing Print-Mixing for babiekins: scrunchies; flared dress; a paper doll; classic button-down; long skirt; romantic blouse; hoodie; belt bag and oversize collars. These Print-Mixed fashions are a little bohemian, a little refined, and full of youthful fun.
This years Pantone’s Color of The Year is Classic Blue– “A timeless and enduring blue hue, PANTONE 19-4052 Classic Blue is elegant in its simplicity.” Pantone’s Classic Blue is the perfect color for sporty or frilly styles which are both trending this spring; when these two trends are mixed together they look fresh and fun. I really love a sneaker or a sporty stripe sock worn with a flouncy top, dress or skirt. I will definitely be introducing Classic Blue into my son’s wardrobe and decor this spring. Here is a round-up of my favorite Classic Blue goodies for your babiekins!
Do you love Classic Blue as much as I do?

She wears vintage pieces and pieces from AW18/19 collections that transition smoothly into the spring season. Tartan was everywhere this fall and the trend continues into the Holiday season. My favorite Holiday styles for myself & my babiekin are plaid dresses, shirts, trousers and bowties. In fact, I am on the search for the perfect plaid dress for me and tartan shirts for my boys; and, while searching for our Holiday Plaids, I came across so many adorable check dresses, bubbles, shirts, pants & accessories for babiekins that I decided to share a round-up of them with you!
I think this Holiday Season you can have a lot of fun with plaid: try to mix & match them; wear plaid head-to-toe; layer with a check coat; or try new color combinations.
I dream of dressing my kids (and myself) in comfy knits and luxurious velvets, but in South Florida, we don’t get to enjoy fall and winter fashions until about February. Even, then, the cooler weather lasts for about a week. In this fashion story, I wanted to explore the contrasts between the tropical climate in South Florida and some of the popular clothing styles available for the cooler months.
