A FOR APPLE

By Lindsay Leave a Comment

How great is the line, A for Apple!? I recently came across it and am in love with everything they’ve got going on in their A/W collection.  Besides the super cute / cool look of the line I love that all the materials used are eco friendly. Win!

Have a great weekend! Just a few days away from Thanksgiving. How are you celebrating?

For The Nursery: Yes Please!

By Lindsay Leave a Comment

With baby girl on the way and time quickly slipping by it’s time to start thinking about this nursery of ours.  So far we’ve got a crib, an area rug and some books for her little library.  We love our crib and rug (both from Ikea actually!) and now it’s time to start adding fun toys, furniture and special little knick knacks.  Here are a few items that are currently on our wish list:

Bla Bla kids’ Socks the Fox / Montessori inspired baby toys / Oeuf apple pillow / Lucky boy Sunday blanket / Oeuf Sparrow dresser / Joya Rocker

What are some of your favorite goodies in your kids rooms?

Luvkins // Animal love for the kids room!

By Lindsay Leave a Comment

We’ve just begun planning out the new baby’s nursery and I can’t seem to get away from animals! They’re so fun and what child growing up doesn’t love to learn about animals and the world around them?  Here are a few of the animal themed things I’m coveting at the moment.

Bear Pillows / Bird Mobile / Giraffe Head / Wooden Animal Toys

Featurekins // Mini Munster

It was that black and white spirit romper that first drew me in. Good gracious, I absolutely love everything about it. Black and White, geometric, hand drawn print.  Comfy, practical and uber cool. Then I started looking at their current and past collections.  Really guys, everything is so good. Amazing stuff for the boys too! CLICK ON OVER AND SEE FOR YOURSELF! Have a great weekend!

Featurekins // 77 Kids

By Lindsay 2 Comments

When I caught wind of 77Kids by American Eagle I was eager to see what the line would look like. Happy to say, I just love it.  American Eagle is known for its all american college prep look which keeps most adults out of the stores, but now there’s reason to head back in- for your kids! This kids line is absolutely adorable and style verges kid and adult (which is my favorite kind of kiddo look.) Now if only THIS line ran a bit bigger 🙂 Happy Friday!

Featurekins // BabyLady Love!

By Lindsay 2 Comments

An all girl’s line is usually a hard sell for me. I’m just a sucker for little boy fashion but when an all girl line comes along thats known for harem pants, I’m alllll about it. I dont think I could say it better than Babylady themselves: “We want to inspire and ignite creativity. We want people to be fearless in a world where
everyone dresses as an extension of happiness.”
Well said. Love this brand!

Copyright © 2023 · Babiekins Magazine | A Trendsetting Kids' Fashion Magazine and Online Community for Parents and Children Alike · Since the Southern California birth of Babiekins in 2010, the magazine has grown from into an internationally-recognized print publication with a global circulation and now a thriving online community. We are more than a kids’ fashion magazine. We search everywhere for inspiration, and go beyond trends to bring you fashion, style, decor, design, books, DIY, parties, and playthings. Our readers look to us to keep up with the best and most up-to-date concepts in the children’s market worldwide. We have an eye for quirk. We’re high-fashion, but we value whimsy over tradition. Playful childhood is more important to us than making kids into copycat adults. We believe life is beautiful, life is valuable, and life changes when you see it through the eyes of a child. We seek to transcend skin color, language and zip codes and bring out the real, wild, magical creativity inherent in every child. And behind Babiekins is an optimistic team of mothers-turned-editors, working from home, often with our own little babiekins climbing on, under and around the desks. We want to encourage you, and challenge you to see something different — something special — in yourself and in this world we all share. Welcome to Babiekins!
