Featurekins // d.Ra Mini

By Allie, Former Contributor Leave a Comment

As the weather is getting cooler, d.Ra Mini, set to release in Spring 2015, is helping me to happily dream about the days to come. I don’t want to wish away the cooler weather just yet, but these crisp white pieces from d.Ra and d.Ra Mini sure will make the transition to next spring and summer so much easier.

d.Ra clothing is an independent line created by designer Diana Ra. Her collections are comfortable, modern, well-made, and classy. d.Ra is for the girls who like to dress up without feeling overdressed. Now, our daughter’s can experience d.Ra too, with the release of her mini collection. A sneak peak of the upcoming collection is debuted below by blogger Bethany Struble and her adorable daughter.

When Mary Kent, founder of The Heart Knot, decided to launch her children’s line, she threw the perfect little tea party. A perfect end to the hot days of summer. Happy Hearts for Kids is a spin off of her adult collection, but brighter and cheerier, clearly made to make all little girls happy. The Heart Knot was created to tell a story of love, courage, and strength. I can’t think of a better message to teach our girls, and I couldn’t be more excited about the launch of Happy Hearts for Kids.

Lil’ Stylekins // Lily Bleu

By Allie, Former Contributor Leave a Comment

Hello Lily Bleu! Hello Cuteness! Is it weird that I, yes I, a 30 year old woman, am jealous of a 4 year old’s style? I hope not, because here I sit, gawking over every single picture of her. Her precious style just happens to match her precious personality. Here is a little interview below. Oh, and check out gorgeous mom, Ashley, and adorable little brother, Denver, in the last picture.

What is your favorite song? “Olaf and his summer song.”
How old is your mom? “Sixteen five one hundred.”
What do you want to be when you grow up? “Ummmmmm, I wanna be a doctor princess.”
What is love? “Love is God and family because God loves you more than anything.”
What does daddy do for for work? “He, um, his job is playing golf or something.”

Funkins// Little – Biscuits

By Allie, Former Contributor Leave a Comment

If you are looking for the perfect gift idea, look no further. Little- Biscuits creates the most perfect portraits. Literally, the portraits are perfection. Artist Hannah Carpenter, not only captures the look of your child, but also captures his or her unique personality. With ONE portrait, you are given EIGHT templates to create: wall art, property labels, party invitations, gift tags, cupcake toppers, dress me notepads (my favorite), and note cards. In my opinion, this is the perfect gift for all ages. If you follow Little- Biscuits blog or instagram, you will find even more ways to use your portrait. What if you don’t have children? Well, you should see the pet portraits! Check out Poppy below!

Copyright © 2023 · Babiekins Magazine | A Trendsetting Kids' Fashion Magazine and Online Community for Parents and Children Alike · Since the Southern California birth of Babiekins in 2010, the magazine has grown from into an internationally-recognized print publication with a global circulation and now a thriving online community. We are more than a kids’ fashion magazine. We search everywhere for inspiration, and go beyond trends to bring you fashion, style, decor, design, books, DIY, parties, and playthings. Our readers look to us to keep up with the best and most up-to-date concepts in the children’s market worldwide. We have an eye for quirk. We’re high-fashion, but we value whimsy over tradition. Playful childhood is more important to us than making kids into copycat adults. We believe life is beautiful, life is valuable, and life changes when you see it through the eyes of a child. We seek to transcend skin color, language and zip codes and bring out the real, wild, magical creativity inherent in every child. And behind Babiekins is an optimistic team of mothers-turned-editors, working from home, often with our own little babiekins climbing on, under and around the desks. We want to encourage you, and challenge you to see something different — something special — in yourself and in this world we all share. Welcome to Babiekins!
