We love unique gifts especially when they are delicious– and so we were so excited to learn about Salt & Straw.

Salt & Straw is an ice cream shop (locations in Portland, LA, San Diego and San Francisco) that create amazing flavors and have mastered the art of creating this frozen dessert.

You can even join Salt & Straw’s seasonal pint club! Fun right? In January, they will be doing a fully vegan variety and we can’t wait to see what small-batch, chef-driven ice cream flavors they come up with. Everything is hand made with local ingredients and they come up with new flavors every single month!

In our holiday-inspired flavor series box — we got : Peppermint Cocao ( our kiddos favorites ), Apple Brandy & Pecan Pie (already gone– it’s that good), Gingerbread Cookie Dough (such a fun twist on the classic flavor), Spiked Lingonberry Eggnog and Congressman Blumenauer’s Fruitcake!

We are planning on gifting a subscription to Salt & Straw’s pint club to a few people this year (hello easy — and ridiculously delicious–   Mothers Day, Fathers Day, birthday gifts)!
