“Children are free spirits, nomadic in the sense that they move so lightly through life. When they nestle down to sleep I want them to be wrapped in a cocoon of softness, nature and love – with a whisper of adventure in the dreams to come.”  A closer look at MINIMUHUU  .

“Minimuhuu was created in 2015 with the intent of creating stylish, durable, high quality, organic bedding specifically for children.
Our products are inspired by cultural symbols and aim to capture the essence of nature.  Minimuhuu is located in a French bastide in the city of Aix-en-Provence, which is enchantingly known as the city of a thousand fountains. At Minimuhuu, we make duvet covers, cushions, and bags in soft, luxurious, pre-washed linen especially for children. We believe that safe, ecologically friendly materials are the best gifts for your child. MINIMUHUU is a  French atelier , producing the highest quality linens for babies and children.
Inspired by Native American culture and embellishments, the Minimuhuu collection features traditional emblems of protection, journeying and wonder, patience and strength.
Created by Spanish designer and stylist Monica Durban in Aix-en-Provence in southern France, Minimuhuu reflects Monica’s perfectionism, authenticity, passion for nature and joie-de-vivre. The Spring-Summer 2017 collection is inspired by Native American symbols and the expression of ideas through images. We have chosen two symbols this season: arrows and stars. Arrows are a popular symbol, denoting direction, protection, and travel. Our star pattern is styled after art created by Native Americans after witnessing the especially astounding Leonid meteor shower of 1883. On our products, stars are a symbol of magic and wonder. The SS17 color palette, from light grey to soft pink, is gentle and fresh, with timeless, elegant tones that fit into any child’s room. Minimuhuu offers both solid colors and fabrics printed with subtle copper stars or arrows. Mix and match to create your own style!” – Minimuhuu

Copyright © 2023 · Babiekins Magazine | A Trendsetting Kids' Fashion Magazine and Online Community for Parents and Children Alike · Since the Southern California birth of Babiekins in 2010, the magazine has grown from into an internationally-recognized print publication with a global circulation and now a thriving online community. We are more than a kids’ fashion magazine. We search everywhere for inspiration, and go beyond trends to bring you fashion, style, decor, design, books, DIY, parties, and playthings. Our readers look to us to keep up with the best and most up-to-date concepts in the children’s market worldwide. We have an eye for quirk. We’re high-fashion, but we value whimsy over tradition. Playful childhood is more important to us than making kids into copycat adults. We believe life is beautiful, life is valuable, and life changes when you see it through the eyes of a child. We seek to transcend skin color, language and zip codes and bring out the real, wild, magical creativity inherent in every child. And behind Babiekins is an optimistic team of mothers-turned-editors, working from home, often with our own little babiekins climbing on, under and around the desks. We want to encourage you, and challenge you to see something different — something special — in yourself and in this world we all share. Welcome to Babiekins!
