I am super excited to share my favorite dress trend with you – the Sweatshirt Dress! This versatile dress can be dressed up or down and provides the perfect amount of warmth and coziness for the Fall Season. The Sweatshirt Dress is feminine combined with comfort, and I love that! I also love all iterations of the Sweatshirt Dress: allover printed; logo; ruffled; embroidered; graphics and hooded. Your babiekins can wear a Sweatshirt Dress alone or styled with colored tights, leggings or skinny jeans and a Sweatshirt Dress looks very cool worn with a pair of sock sneakers or chunky sneakers. I think you’ll love this comfy dress so much you will be wanting a Sweatshirt Dress for yourself as well!

I can hardly believe we are in the first week of 2016 and another year is already behind us – as is another Pantone color. Goodbye Marsala; hello Pantone’s color of the year 2016: Rose Quartz and Serenity! For the first time ever, Pantone’s color of the year is two colors – two soft tones that reflect connection, wellness and a sense of order and peace. I love the soft hues of pink and blue together for both boys and girls because they reflect gender equality and blur the softer more sensitive side of boys, with the stronger, more assertive side of girls. Rose Quartz and Serenity are both colors I am excited to introduce into my beautiful boys’ wardrobe and decor in 2016. Will you dress your babiekins in Rose Quartz and Serenity?

I am literally going bananas over bananas! This yellow tropical fruit is adding a bit of whimsy and fun this summer season on everything from apparel, accessories and shoes to decor (Warhol’s iconic banana print is even on a bugaboo bee fabric set!). Who doesn’t love this yummy fruit? Soon your babiekins will be asking for bananas for breakfast, bananas for lunch, bananas any time of the day! Go ahead, let them go ape!

When it comes to outerwear “Gray Matters” and my favorite outerwear trend is gray coats. They are simple, classic, modern and versatile. Whether your little fashionista is dressing up for the holidays or running out the door to school, she is sure to look chic this fall/winter in a gray coat.

There are a ton of great gray coats to choose from this fall/winter: classic gray wool, textured or tweed, mod collarless, or leopard patterned. Which to Choose? Don’t worry, I have got you covered. This round-up of gray coats covers these trends – each with two shoppable options at two very different price points. No matter how much you spend, be it $29.93 or $410.00, your daughter will look like a million dollars in any of these gray coats!

Copyright © 2019 · Babiekins Magazine | A Trendsetting Kids' Fashion Magazine and Online Community for Parents and Children Alike · Since the Southern California birth of Babiekins in 2010, the magazine has grown from into an internationally-recognized print publication with a global circulation and now a thriving online community. We are more than a kids’ fashion magazine. We search everywhere for inspiration, and go beyond trends to bring you fashion, style, decor, design, books, DIY, parties, and playthings. Our readers look to us to keep up with the best and most up-to-date concepts in the children’s market worldwide. We have an eye for quirk. We’re high-fashion, but we value whimsy over tradition. Playful childhood is more important to us than making kids into copycat adults. We believe life is beautiful, life is valuable, and life changes when you see it through the eyes of a child. We seek to transcend skin color, language and zip codes and bring out the real, wild, magical creativity inherent in every child. And behind Babiekins is an optimistic team of mothers-turned-editors, working from home, often with our own little babiekins climbing on, under and around the desks. We want to encourage you, and challenge you to see something different — something special — in yourself and in this world we all share. Welcome to Babiekins!
