Sleepykins // Nursery Inspiration

By Mel Spurling, Contributor Leave a Comment

When it comes to decorating a newborn’s room, the options are endless.  TiniTrader is one of my recommended places to buy or sell any new or preloved products for your baby, toddler or kids.  I was lucky enough to be a part of Tinitrader’s style series looks; creating and styling a unique nursery look from a selection of their products.  I captured some of the most amazing products, hoping to inspire one and all.

DESIGNKINS // The Micuna Ovo high chair

By Kimbah 2 Comments

ovo1

What caught my eye with The Micuna Ovo high chair is its Eames replica piece resemblance, it could just be me though but with its Eames Eiffel chair look and feel I immediately fell in love and envisioned it fitting perfectly in my household.

Made by Micuna, the Ovo high chair is more than just a stylish piece, it’s functional and practical. A distinguished element of the OVO are the elements made of solid beech-wood, provided from sustainable forest management – that provides great design and elegance. Another characteristic part of the high-chair is its round shaped ABS plastic tray – mobile and removable, with an edge to prevent liquids to overflow. This tray is easy to remove and you can clean it in the dish-washer. It gives you great freedom to use. The rounded shape and ergonomic of the high-chair has been designed to give a comfortable seat for the baby. Thanks to the moulded fabrication process the Ovo leads to features such as high quality, design, elegance, comfort, functionality and modernity.

Ovo has even taken care of the packaging on a level of elegance, versatility and convenience with it not just being packaging, it can be used as toy box, storage or for any other thing that you can imagine.

You can find the Ovo at AlexandAlexa staring at £279.00.

I’m a sucker for good design and was so impressed with all the new items coming out by Woodly! Woodly is an Italian company that creates high end and well made toys, furniture and baby products like these above! I think the bed would be perfect for when Cruz gets a little older!

Check out Woodly here

Copyright © 2023 · Babiekins Magazine | A Trendsetting Kids' Fashion Magazine and Online Community for Parents and Children Alike · Since the Southern California birth of Babiekins in 2010, the magazine has grown from into an internationally-recognized print publication with a global circulation and now a thriving online community. We are more than a kids’ fashion magazine. We search everywhere for inspiration, and go beyond trends to bring you fashion, style, decor, design, books, DIY, parties, and playthings. Our readers look to us to keep up with the best and most up-to-date concepts in the children’s market worldwide. We have an eye for quirk. We’re high-fashion, but we value whimsy over tradition. Playful childhood is more important to us than making kids into copycat adults. We believe life is beautiful, life is valuable, and life changes when you see it through the eyes of a child. We seek to transcend skin color, language and zip codes and bring out the real, wild, magical creativity inherent in every child. And behind Babiekins is an optimistic team of mothers-turned-editors, working from home, often with our own little babiekins climbing on, under and around the desks. We want to encourage you, and challenge you to see something different — something special — in yourself and in this world we all share. Welcome to Babiekins!
