A trend I am loving this Spring/Summer season is Easy Breezy Summer Dresses, and I can’t wait for the weather to get warmer so I can wear my favorite dresses. I also love embroidery on pretty much everything making Embroidered Boho Dresses my favorite Easy Breezy Dresses to keep cool in this summer. Embroidered Dresses have been around for quit awhile, but embroidery is a key trend for Spring 2018 and this season embroidery is bright, bold and floral on weightless cotton or linen fabric. Your babiekins will love a Boho Dress this Spring/Summer, especially one trimmed with tassels, because they’re fanciful, imaginative and easy breezy.
petitePARADE gives us a glimpse into how chic our little babiekins can look when we can convince them to ditch their basketball shorts and hole-y, juice-stained t-shirt!

A trend spotted everywhere this spring is the Statement Sleeve: my favorite Statement Sleeves for babiekins are Ruffle Sleeves! Whether you choose smaller traditional ruffle sleeves, oversized ruffled sleeves, rainbow ruffled printed sleeves or dramatic flutter princess sleeves, all are fun and adorable choices. I don’t think this trend needs loud colors and patterns; I believe they look best with pale blush tones, white or classic shirting blue.
I am a huge fan of embellished Boho Dresses, so I am thrilled to be able to share a round-up of Boho Dresses at every price from $24.00-$240.00. Boho dresses are light-and-airy, extremely comfortable and look like a souvenir brought back from a beach vacation. Because Boho Dresses are so versatile, your babiekins can wear it as a cover up at the beach, as a dress at a barbecue or she can even dress it up for Easter… I love that! No matter how much you spend, be it $24.00 or $240.00, your daughter will look like a Mini Gypset in any of these beautiful Boho dresses.
Over here in the UK, we’re getting ready to celebrate Mothers Day with our babiekins. And how better to celebrate a day with our little ones than with some fun twinning? These adorable ’50s-silhouette dresses are a great fit for any shape and so versatile. Mamas, team yours with some hi-tops for everyday, or throw on some heels.
This vibrant zoo print is so fun, and it’s brand-new to Bryony & Co. for SS16.
Have a gorgeous Mother’s Day, UK mamas!
In several countries, Mother’s Day is celebrated in the month of May and I look forward to honoring all the mommies that I respect and admire who greatly deserve a day to be spoiled. My favorite Mother’s Day celebrations are spent with my boys having breakfast in bed (made by my husband — of course) or having brunch at our favorite restaurant followed by kicking a soccer ball and chasing butterflies in the park. I also like to match my son by wearing similar or same graphic tees for a great photo opportunity — say cheese! I especially think it is sweet when moms and daughters dress in similar fashions — I love the “Mommy & Me” look and with so many cool designers also designing children’s wear it is easier now than ever to look hip and cool and just like your little mini me.
This spring season eye glasses replace mustaches as the new cool icon; the polo makes a return as a fashion staple; and chemistry blurs with art creating Pop Lab. I am loving this new ‘geek chic’ trend because I grew up watching Bill Nye the Science Guy and I have always loved experimenting with science. I consider the most wonderful experiments to be the ones that don’t turn out quite as expected – it’s the mistakes that surprise us with a fusion of Pop Lab. I am looking forward to creating science experiments with my little babiekin that teach him about the wonderfully unexpected world of science.
