All white outfits; the perfect Winter-to-Spring transition color and my latest t obsession. There are so many possibilities with an all white outfit and so much room to really make it pop with bold shoes or a statement necklace! I am a sucker for a good pair of sweatpants and these from Lou & Grey for LOFT totally won me over. I loved the lace up detail on this top and felt it paired great with this turkish coin necklace for a bohemian vibe. Lastly, these Wallabee-esque boots were my go to shoes in this outfit and I may just wear it every day!

Something about Valentines day always makes me want to dress in black. On the  day of love when it is red and hearts everywhere, black is an enchanting and oh so mysterious alternative. Instead of that LBD you always wear, what about a stunning black maxi caftan and some red lips to complete that Stevie Nicks-Witchy Woman-Vibe? I got this dress from my favorite vintage shop, Squash Blossom Vintage, and knew it was perfect for a valentines day look. I added a red lip, a white boho leather necklace, some rockin’ clog boots and a woodsy scent to finish it off and voila!

Overalls are a girls best friend. Or at least a nursing mothers best friend! I love these overalls from Free People as they are super soft and pretty light weight, and are easy and quick access for a nursing session. I layered them over a simple black and white checked button down, a plaid coat and of course added a hat in the mix (how could I not?!). Putting together outfits that are easy to nurse in while on the go can be a bit of a challenge, but overalls and and layered patterns make it a little bit more fun. The perks of winter dressing!

We had a major freeze here this week and so that meant pulling out all my sweaters and hats from last winter and getting to mix them into my wardrobe again, which is always so fun! I am wearing my favorite trusty caftan layered over some leggings and comfy moccasins and on top I have on a huge, warm cardigan and a floppy pom pom beanie. Being 38 weeks pregnant, getting dressed has become quite the challenge. It is 100% about comfort these days, and what is more comfy than a caftan and leggings and layers of knits?! Also, say hello to Boone dog who made a special appearance in today’s post!

Nothing says ‘Hello November’ more than buffalo plaid. It just looks like the holidays all wrapped up in one warm, fuzzy print. It is bold but also so easy to wear and style with other things. I love the way this coat fits like a long blazer; the tailored fit makes it so versatile and much easier to wear than a big bulky coat. I paired it with some comfy black joggers, a chambray maternity shirt and some clog boots. There are so many fun ways to bring some buffalo plaid into your wardrobe for the fall/winter season!

Ponchos are the perfect way to bring the coziness of the season to your outfits. There is something so rustic and cool about a good poncho; it’s like you just stepped out of your mountainside cabin in the woods. They can layer over practically anything, they are so easy to wear and they will keep you as warm as a can be for those crisp autumn evenings. There are lots of great ponchos to choose from this season too, so you are sure to find one that perfect one (or five)!

As my pregnancy progresses, it is getting harder and harder to dress the bump without looking huge and uncomfortable. That is, until I found this funky little maternity dress from Asos Maternity! It is has a great pattern, it is comfortable and flattering and can be worn so many different ways! An outfit that is easy to throw on in 5 seconds that makes you look like you tried hard, is the perfect thing for me these days when all I really want to wear are giant tee shirts and sweatpants. It is an overall confidence and mood booster when you find a dress like this one that makes you feel great AND is easy to wear all day. In the first set of photos I paired the dress with some 70s inspired platforms and a structured hat which is something I would wear out for a date night or for a nice event, such as a baby shower. The second look is more laid back with a little rebel with a grey anorak and some Dr. Martens. If you are currently preggers, I highly suggest this dress!

One of my favorite fall trends is sweatpants and heels. Comfy meets dressed up. Casual meets cool. Being on the last leg of my pregnancy now, I will take any excuse to wear sweatpants! As the weather is really starting to cool down this is such a winning combo for me, and I plan to wear it every single day throughout this season. To add more interest to the outfit I also wore my new LB crossover maternity tee, a lightweight chambray shirt, a western leather hat and hiking boot inspired heels.
