I am a huge fan of embellished Boho Dresses, so I am thrilled to be able to share a round-up of Boho Dresses at every price from $24.00-$240.00. Boho dresses are light-and-airy, extremely comfortable and look like a souvenir brought back from a beach vacation. Because Boho Dresses are so versatile, your babiekins can wear it as a cover up at the beach, as a dress at a barbecue or she can even dress it up for Easter… I love that! No matter how much you spend, be it $24.00 or $240.00, your daughter will look like a Mini Gypset in any of these beautiful Boho dresses.

There are few things I find more beautiful than the bond between a mother and her children. Our incredible love for each other is what binds us. It was my goal to artistically, yet realistically capture those intense emotions of love and belonging. I also wanted to create a literal representation of our family bond, thus our Of One Tribe story was born.

Something about warmer weather just brings out the inner hippie in me. I love the way flowy tops, wide legged jeans and giant round sunglasses just convey that easy, breezy summertime feeling. I believe that bell bottoms are universally flattering and these super flares in white denim is undeniably fresh and just right for summer! This boxy blouse is one of my favorite pieces currently with its retro cut collar and relaxed fit. Of course, the only shoes that seemed right for this outfit were my trusty vintage inspired clogs and to polish it all off, some giant round sunglasses. 1970s boho mama!

FASHIONKINS // A Little Festival Wanderlust

By Leslie Schor, Senior Fashion Editor Leave a Comment

Guest post by Jessica Smart of The Littles Life.

As I’m sure you already know, music fests are officially in full swing! Though we’d love to attend one, that probably wont happen anytime soon, but we can pretend right? I’m always drawn to the bohemian, free bird, hippie styles inspired by music festivals! All the florals, fringe, sundresses, floppy hats, flower crowns, and gladiator sandals have me craving to travel and take part! If you haven’t already noticed, festival styles have taken on their own category in fashion. Even celebrities like Cara Delevingne, Kate Moss, Rosie Huntington-Whiteley, and Solange Knowles are rocking the look! Clearly, you don’t have to actually go to a music fest to get in on the fun styles! It was fun dressing Nyah up like we were on our way to Coachella. We even got some dancing in!

All white outfits; the perfect Winter-to-Spring transition color and my latest t obsession. There are so many possibilities with an all white outfit and so much room to really make it pop with bold shoes or a statement necklace! I am a sucker for a good pair of sweatpants and these from Lou & Grey for LOFT totally won me over. I loved the lace up detail on this top and felt it paired great with this turkish coin necklace for a bohemian vibe. Lastly, these Wallabee-esque boots were my go to shoes in this outfit and I may just wear it every day!

Momkins//A Vintage Valentine’s Day Outfit for Mama

By Leslie Schor, Senior Fashion Editor Leave a Comment

Guest post by Cass.

Valentine’s Day is all about romance. To me, there’s something so romantic about vintage bohemian dresses, heavy knit robes and layers of chunky jewelry. I found this beautiful bohemian dress in a vintage shop in California. It drapes over the body perfectly. It’s modest but shows the right amount of curves. The white knit robe from forever21 is universal. I can wear that beauty anywhere and any time. It’s the perfect accent to any outfit I own. The chunky layering of necklaces and bracelets are a mix of old and new. I just love doing that. It’s eclectic like my life and spontaneous like my love.

Copyright © 2023 · Babiekins Magazine | A Trendsetting Kids' Fashion Magazine and Online Community for Parents and Children Alike · Since the Southern California birth of Babiekins in 2010, the magazine has grown from into an internationally-recognized print publication with a global circulation and now a thriving online community. We are more than a kids’ fashion magazine. We search everywhere for inspiration, and go beyond trends to bring you fashion, style, decor, design, books, DIY, parties, and playthings. Our readers look to us to keep up with the best and most up-to-date concepts in the children’s market worldwide. We have an eye for quirk. We’re high-fashion, but we value whimsy over tradition. Playful childhood is more important to us than making kids into copycat adults. We believe life is beautiful, life is valuable, and life changes when you see it through the eyes of a child. We seek to transcend skin color, language and zip codes and bring out the real, wild, magical creativity inherent in every child. And behind Babiekins is an optimistic team of mothers-turned-editors, working from home, often with our own little babiekins climbing on, under and around the desks. We want to encourage you, and challenge you to see something different — something special — in yourself and in this world we all share. Welcome to Babiekins!
