This is a story of two girls and a sweet friendship. Innocent and pure, it’s a friendship  filled with belly laughs and pinky promises. And they may be a little nerdy and goofy, too.

Luna and Victoria, how long have you been friends?

What are the quirkiest things about each of you?

Luna about Victoria: Her outfits

Victoria about Luna: Her Personality

Victoria, what is one word that describes Luna:

Determined

Luna, what is one word that describes Victoria:

Humble

If you had to create a playlist to share, what songs/musicians would be on it?

Perfect by Ed Sheeran, Scooby Doo Papa, any song from Kendrick Lamar, Rake it Up, XO Tour LLIF3, Mans Not Hot, Bad and Boujee, Bounce Back, Say it, Me Gente, Milkshake, Look What You Made Me Do, Wannabe, Oops… I did it again, Teenage Dirtbag, Fallin, I’m like a bird, Destiny’s Child any song, Whenever, Wherever, A thousand miles, Beautiful, Complicated, Crazy in Love, Single Ladies, Who run the world girls, bring me back to life, Hey Ya, Since you been gone, If I ain’t got you, Yeah by Usher, beautiful soul, Let me Love you, Don’t Cha by the Pussycat Dolls, Micheal Jackson any song, Hollaback girl, Gold Digger, Rich Girl, Bad Day by Daniel Powter, Migraine And Holding on to you by Twenty One- Pilots, All time Low, Hips don’t lie, Chantaje, Havana, Shakira any song, Bailando por Ahí, Mala, Safari, Toxic, Corazón, La temperature.

One thing she hates but you love:

Victoria: Chocolate

Luna: Victoria’s drawings

What would you girls do if you found out your friend was being bullied?

We would both defend each other and always have each others back.

What trait do you value most in each other?

Victoria about Luna: Humor

Luna about Victoria: Bubbly

Teenkins // Sunshine Daydream

December 5, 2017 By Leslie Schor, Senior Fashion Editor 3 Comments

Sun coming daydream, Come on over daydream,
Come on over, Come on over daydream,
Sweet coming daydream, Hey, never fade away dream,
Yea, Hey hey, Sweet coming daydream, Never fade away dream

– Grateful Dead – Sunshine Daydream Lyrics

Let’s talk incorporating vintage pieces and thrift finds into a teen wardrobe. Mix decades, so that it doesn’t look like a costume. Incorporating these finds with current wardrobe is key.

We are so excited about our Teenkins & Tweenkins expansion. What does this mean? It means that some of our babiekins are growing up and some of your babiekins are growing up, too. Babiekins Magazine will now be accepting more teen and tween fashion editorials and photo stories. We hope to create a space where parents, tweens, and teens can be inspired together.

Copyright © 2019 · Babiekins Magazine | A Trendsetting Kids' Fashion Magazine and Online Community for Parents and Children Alike · Since the Southern California birth of Babiekins in 2010, the magazine has grown from a fledgling blog and digital-only format into an internationally-recognized print publication with a global circulation. We are more than a kids’ fashion magazine. We search everywhere for inspiration, and go beyond trends to bring you fashion, style, decor, design, books, DIY, parties, and playthings. Our readers look to us to keep up with the best and most up-to-date concepts in the children’s market worldwide. We have an eye for quirk. We’re high-fashion, but we value whimsy over tradition. Playful childhood is more important to us than making kids into copycat adults. We believe life is beautiful, life is valuable, and life changes when you see it through the eyes of a child. We seek to transcend skin color, language and zip codes and bring out the real, wild, magical creativity inherent in every child. And behind Babiekins is an optimistic team of mothers-turned-editors, working from home, often with our own little babiekins climbing on, under and around the desks. We want to encourage you, and challenge you to see something different — something special — in yourself and in this world we all share. Welcome to Babiekins!
