String lights and fairy lights. I’m sure you’ve seen a lot of them around in recent weeks, but just because the holidays are over it doesn’t mean that you can’t keep some of their magic alive. It’s never too early for kids to start believing in something incredible. For my boys, especially Carter, the marvellous world of comic books and super heroes is just beginning to open up. Still a bit young to be reading the real thing, author David Bar Katz’s excellent hardcover books series on the world’s greatest super heroes, is just the thing to get my budding comic geeks a buzz. With bold and classic comic illustrations in titles such as the fun and interactive touch and feel “My First Batman Book” and “My First Superman Book“, its easy to turn a lazy day in pyjamas into a “POW” and “BAM” adventure!

This wrapping trend of recent years will likely to be a staple as the possibilities for prettying up a brown paper package are pretty much endless. Happy wrapping!
There are few bonds that bind closer than siblings, that is until you consider twin siblings. I’ve got a small window of opportunity to do this before they’re old enough to refute, and I’m going to seize it! Though two years a part, there are multiple brands out there with squee worthy lines in sizes that fit both my boys. Here, their Roar! long sleeves and matching leopard print leggings from Sweet Luka Mo, comfortably highlight that ferocious brotherly relationship.
Oh the fun things you can do with a simple brown paper bag. Here is one of my favourite brown paper bag crafts that you can easily do in under five minutes.

Start rolling down the rim. I folded it 3-4 times.
Now they’re ready to be filled with whatever your heart desires.
There’s an old proverb that says, “It is better to wear out than to rust out.” Well, on this specific occasion, we have to disagree! As the leaves turn to golden browns and reds, we’re currently in love with the rusty colours of fall in our little one’s wardrobes. Pair an Anais rust shift dress with a Bonton khaki floral scarf in the same colour wheelhouse and you’re set to explore the parks and holiday markets in befitting style.
